Travel Terms and Conditions

1. The Agreement

"Träningsresor Spanien" is abbreviated as “TRS” in these terms.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing by TRS via a booking confirmation.
The main traveler is the person in whose name the booking confirmation is issued.
The main traveler is financially responsible according to the agreement.
All changes and any cancellations must be made by the main traveler.
The agreement between TRS and the traveler/group becomes binding when TRS has confirmed the booking in writing and the registration fee is paid within the agreed time.

2. Group Travel - Conditions

In the event of flight cancellations or delays affecting the package trip, TRS will contact the main traveler.
A traveler’s spot and participation are only confirmed when TRS has received the registration fee from the traveler.
Final payment for the trip must be received by TRS no later than 6 weeks before departure.
The booking is binding once payment is made to TRS.
The registration fee for group trips covers binding costs and is non-refundable.
For group bookings, the trip can be transferred to another traveler free of charge up to 3 weeks before departure.
The registration fee can be adjusted by agreement for group trips.
Flight numbers and departure times may be changed by airlines. The individual airline's rules apply for flight tickets.
Costs arising from changes requested by the customer will be charged to the customer.
If a packaged group trip including or excluding flights is canceled due to too few participants, a refund will be issued to the traveler.
Gift cards cannot be combined with group trips.

3. Payment & Booking Confirmation

The booking is only confirmed when TRS has received the registration fee and the main traveler has received a booking confirmation at the email address provided.
Final payment for the trip must be received by TRS no later than 6 weeks before departure.
If payment is not made on time, TRS reserves the right to cancel the trip.

4. Cancellations / Changes

If the traveler has not purchased cancellation protection, payments already made are charged as follows:

• From the time of booking up to 6 weeks before departure: 50% of the trip’s price, corresponding to the registration fee.

• 41 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the trip’s price, including the registration fee and final payment.

For name changes on flight tickets, the traveler will be charged for any name change fees from the airline, as well as any other related costs.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to TRS via email to miguel@traningspanien.se.
Right of withdrawal: valid within 24 hours of payment of the registration fee.

5. Cancellation Protection – For Friends & Family Trips

The cost of cancellation protection is €50 per person and must be booked by the entire group. It must be used as a group; it cannot be used by individuals within the group.
Cancellation protection is not valid for group trips and cannot be combined with trips that include flights.
Cancellation protection allows free cancellation up to 21 days before departure.
It is not included in the trip price and must be ordered at the time of booking.

6. Final Confirmation / Travel Documents

Travel documents will be sent via email no later than 14 days before departure, provided full payment has been received.
Travelers are responsible for checking all travel documents and immediately reporting any errors.
Customized trips may have unique terms, which will be specified in the booking confirmation.

7. Complaints & Responsibility

Any complaints must be reported to TRS immediately – via email to miguel@traningspanien.se.
Complaints must be made within one month after the end of the trip.
TRS has the right to cancel the agreement after it has become binding if the planned trip takes place during a disaster, pandemic, act of war, general strike, or other major event that significantly affects the execution of the trip or conditions at the destination at the time of the trip.
TRS also reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of force majeure or illness of the planned travel leaders.
Travelers are not entitled to compensation if TRS shows that the issue was due to circumstances beyond its control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance. TRS is not responsible for costs related to illness, accidents, or other events covered by insurance.

8. Age Requirement: 18 Years

Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book a trip.
If the traveler is under 18, a guardian must contact TRS to discuss suitability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Information may be shared with partners (e.g., airlines, hotels) to facilitate the trip.
We handle personal data in accordance with European GDPR laws.
