Can you customize your trip if you want more/less training?

We tailor all trips according to requests and offer a basic package as the initial suggestion. You can also add excursions to various sights and experiences. This way, the training trip will be exactly how you want it.

What level are the people who go on your training trips?

We welcome all athletes, regardless of level. We welcome both ordinary people and elite athletes.

How do you get to the facility, is transfer included?

We offer return transfer from the airport included in our base package. If you prefer to rent a car instead, we can assist with that as well through our partners.

At our resorts you will also find amazing pool areas, world-class padel courts and for those who enjoy golf, Spain offers some of the best courses in the world. We also assist in booking tee times and coordinating experiences such as beach clubs, guided hikes and wine tours.

From the first moment we felt super welcome and looked after, the whole team on site delivered great service right through. The accommodation really exceeded our expectations and what a view! Being able to work out in an outdoor gym with a view of the sea... magical.

This was much more than just training, it was a week filled with fellowship, laughter and personal development. Getting to train, hang out and grow together in such an inspiring environment - it can't be beat. As a box owner, it was also really fun to see how strong the community became, some who joined without being members before are now part of the gang at home in the box. Talk about win-win!

It was so good that we have already booked the next trip!

I just completed my second fitness retreat with TRS at the resort in Estepona, and once again, they did an amazing job! As a coach, it’s such a great experience to work with them—everything is perfectly organized. I don’t have to worry about bookings, landing pages, accommodations or logistics. That allows me to fully focus on what I love: taking care of my members and planning the training. The resort has everything we need—plenty of training opportunities, a great breakfast, a relaxing pool area, and beautiful, luxurious apartments. TRS makes the entire experience smooth and professional, both for me and my group. After two successful retreats, we’re already planning the third one for May 2026! Highly recommended for any coach who wants to deliver a high-quality retreat without the stress of organizing every detail.
